Fintech Shield respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting the original content, resources, designs, and materials published on our website. This DMCA & Copyright Policy explains our approach to copyright protection and provides a process for copyright owners or their authorized representatives to report material they believe infringes their rights.

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

Fintech Shield, owned and operated by Kalyan Bhattacharjee, respects the intellectual property rights of creators, copyright owners, publishers, businesses, and other rights holders. We are committed to protecting original content published on our website while also providing a reasonable process for reporting material that may infringe copyright or other applicable intellectual property rights.

This DMCA & Copyright Policy explains how Fintech Shield handles copyright-related concerns, infringement notices, user-submitted material, third-party content, and requests for removal or restriction of potentially infringing material.

This policy is intended to provide a practical copyright complaint and review procedure for Fintech Shield. It does not constitute a representation that Fintech Shield qualifies for, or has elected to rely exclusively upon, any particular U.S. statutory safe-harbor regime. Copyright matters may also be governed by the laws applicable to the relevant content, parties, and circumstances.

Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original articles, written content, guides, tutorials, graphics, illustrations, designs, website layouts, original images, videos, tools, software code, logos, branding elements, and other original materials created and published by Fintech Shield are owned by or used under authorization by Fintech Shield, owned and operated by Kalyan Bhattacharjee.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in such original materials are reserved. The availability of content on the Fintech Shield website does not grant visitors permission to reproduce, republish, redistribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use that content without appropriate authorization, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Protection of Fintech Shield Content

You may access and use Fintech Shield content for personal, informational, educational, and other lawful purposes consistent with applicable law.

Unless expressly permitted by Fintech Shield or applicable law, you must not:

  • Copy substantial portions of Fintech Shield's original articles or other content for publication elsewhere.

  • Republish complete articles, guides, tutorials, or other original works.

  • Remove copyright notices, attribution, branding, or other ownership information.

  • Present Fintech Shield's original content as your own.

  • Create derivative commercial works from Fintech Shield's proprietary materials without authorization.

  • Use automated methods to reproduce or systematically redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission.

  • Reproduce or distribute Fintech Shield's original graphics, images, illustrations, designs, or other creative materials for commercial purposes.

Limited quotations, references, links, criticism, commentary, education, research, or other uses may be permitted under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through the Fintech Shield website infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right that you are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written copyright complaint to us.

We encourage rights holders to contact us before initiating formal legal proceedings where a good-faith resolution may be possible.

Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Fintech Shield may review the reported material and may, where appropriate, remove, restrict, disable access to, edit, or otherwise address the material while the matter is investigated.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal of the reported material. We may request additional information or documentation where necessary to evaluate the claim.

Submitting a DMCA or Copyright Notice

Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit a copyright infringement notice by email to:

Email: ceo@fintechshield.co.in

To help us investigate the complaint efficiently, please include the information described below.

Where a complaint concerns content submitted by a user, commenter, contributor, guest author, or another third party, Fintech Shield may review the complaint in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Information Required in a Copyright Notice

A copyright complaint should contain sufficient information for us to understand the claim and locate the material concerned.

Where applicable, please provide:

  1. Your full name and contact information, including an email address and, where appropriate, a telephone number or mailing address.

  2. Your relationship to the copyright owner, including confirmation that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

  3. Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list where practical.

  4. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on Fintech Shield, including the specific URL or other information that allows us to locate it.

  5. An explanation of the alleged infringement, including enough information to understand why you believe the use is unauthorized.

  6. A good-faith statement that you believe the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's representative, or applicable law.

  7. An accuracy and authorization statement confirming that the information supplied in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant rights holder, where applicable.

  8. Your electronic or physical signature, or another appropriate indication that you are submitting the complaint as the rights holder or authorized representative.

Providing complete information helps us evaluate and respond to complaints more efficiently. The U.S. Copyright Office identifies substantially similar categories of information for a legally effective §512(c)(3)(A) notification under U.S. law.

Review and Removal of Reported Content

After receiving a copyright complaint, Fintech Shield may:

  • Review the complaint and supporting information.

  • Contact the complainant for clarification or additional documentation.

  • Contact the person or contributor responsible for the reported material where appropriate.

  • Temporarily restrict access to the reported material while the matter is reviewed.

  • Remove or disable access to material where we reasonably determine that action is appropriate.

  • Restore or retain material where the complaint is incomplete, unsupported, appears invalid, or the use is reasonably believed to be authorized or otherwise lawful.

  • Take other appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable law.

We may also consider whether the reported material is subject to a license, permission, fair dealing/fair use or another applicable legal exception, or whether the complainant has provided sufficient evidence of ownership or authorization.

Fintech Shield does not guarantee that every complaint will result in removal or restriction of content.

Counter-Notification and Response

If material has been removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint, the affected contributor or content provider may contact us to dispute the complaint and provide information demonstrating that the material was authorized, lawfully used, incorrectly identified, or otherwise should not have been removed.

A response should include:

  • The person's name and contact information.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or restricted.

  • The original location of the material, where available.

  • An explanation of why the person believes the material should be restored.

  • Evidence of ownership, authorization, licensing, or another applicable legal basis where relevant.

  • A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate.

Depending on the circumstances, Fintech Shield may forward relevant information to the complaining party, request additional information, or restore the material where appropriate.

Nothing in this section should be interpreted as creating or guaranteeing a formal U.S. DMCA counter-notification procedure or statutory safe-harbor protection where those provisions do not apply.

Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate and based on the circumstances, Fintech Shield may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to website features or services for users or contributors who repeatedly submit or publish material that is determined to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

We may also take action against accounts or submissions associated with repeated or serious violations of our Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Third-Party Content

Fintech Shield may display, reference, embed, or otherwise use certain third-party materials in connection with its website and services.

Depending on the circumstances, such material may include:

  • Product photographs and product information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, or dropshipping platforms.

  • Images or information supplied through Modalyst, AliExpress, Alibaba, or other third-party suppliers.

  • Manufacturer or brand logos and trademarks.

  • Screenshots used for tutorials, reviews, demonstrations, commentary, or educational purposes.

  • Embedded videos or other media from platforms such as YouTube.

  • Social-media posts or other publicly accessible third-party material.

  • Guest posts and other contributor-submitted content.

  • Images or files submitted through website comments or other limited user-generated-content features.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, product images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

The presence of third-party material on Fintech Shield does not necessarily mean that Fintech Shield owns the relevant copyright or trademark.

Where Fintech Shield receives a valid complaint concerning third-party material, we may review the complaint and take appropriate action, including contacting the relevant supplier, contributor, platform, rights holder, or other party where appropriate.

User-Submitted and Contributor Content

Fintech Shield may permit limited user-generated or contributor content, including comments, images or files submitted through applicable website features, and guest posts that have been reviewed and approved by Fintech Shield.

Submitting content to Fintech Shield does not automatically transfer ownership of the copyright in that content to Fintech Shield.

However, by submitting or authorizing content for publication, the contributor represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority to provide the material for publication and that the submission does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

Guest posts and other contributor content may be edited, rejected, removed, or restricted at Fintech Shield's discretion where appropriate.

Fintech Shield may also remove or restrict user-submitted content following a credible copyright complaint or where the content otherwise violates applicable law or our website policies.

False or Misleading Claims

Copyright complaints should only be submitted where the complainant has a genuine and reasonable basis for believing that their copyright or other applicable intellectual property rights have been infringed.

Submitting knowingly false, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious copyright complaints may cause harm to content creators, website users, businesses, and rights holders.

Fintech Shield reserves the right to request additional evidence and to take appropriate action against repeated or demonstrably abusive complaints.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property

Copyright is not the only form of intellectual property that may appear on Fintech Shield.

Brand names, logos, product names, trademarks, service marks, designs, software, and other proprietary materials may belong to Fintech Shield, its suppliers, manufacturers, partners, contributors, or other third parties.

A complaint concerning a trademark, patent, design right, publicity right, privacy right, or other non-copyright issue may require a different review process. You should identify the specific right involved when contacting us.
